To My Hubby....

The end of the summer is finally here, which means summer sales is coming to a close!! And so, I want to let Casey know how very proud I am of him. He is definitely goes above and beyond what I could  ever  hope for. I'm so thankful to be married to someone who is  100% dedicated to everything he does. Whether it is with work, a calling in church, our marriage, or keeping up with family and friend relationships, he puts his best effort into it all. Thanks Case for being the greatest example to me. I love you and am so proud to be married to such a wonderful husband!!!

34 Weeks...Six more to go!!

Here is another picture of my growing belly for all of you who I haven't been able to see me for the past four months. I went to see my doctor last week and he let me know everything is going great! Casey and I are dying for her to get here and can't wait to see what she looks like. If I could choose I would love for her to have Casey's dark, thick hair and his great smile. My sister-in-law Kera has a girl named Hayden and she probably has the prettiest hair I have ever seen on a baby. Go to her blog and you will see! That is what I am hoping for!!! But of course I will absolutely LOVE Cali no matter what color hair she comes with....or even no hair for that matter.

What Do You Prefer??

So I know these aren't the most exciting posts, posts without pictures, but I have a question for all you mom's. I want to know which is better to have. A bouncer? Or a swing? Or both?? My mom suggested the swing, but that's only because she didn't have the option of buying a bouncer (I don't think they had come out with them yet). Please leave your suggestions for me!!! Oh and if you have the time let me know what are some of the "must haves" for a newborn. Thanks to everyone!!

Thanks to Brooke, my mom, and Sylvia!

One of my very closest friends Brooke Williams, my mom, and a family friend named Sylvia Winert were so kind and threw me a baby shower down here in Austin. They did such a phenomenal job! Everything was perfect!! The decorations were done in pink and green and followed the theme of TEXAS!! Oh and I can't forget to mention how generous it was of Tammy, a friend from the ward, to host the party at her beautiful home. One of the greatest parts of the shower was having both of my sisters there. I love you guys! Also, some very close family friends, Ashley Buchanan and Susan Hunsman, made the drive up from Houston to come to the party! Thanks you guys, that meant so much to me! Almost all the wives were in town to make it out, which was so nice of them to come and support me. We had the best time and receiving all the wonderful gifts makes me incredibly anxious for Cali to arrive!!! We can't wait to bring her into this world!!
